INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

All content displayed on this website—including but not limited to original artwork, digital mockups, product photography, text, graphics, logos, and website design—is the exclusive intellectual property of Howlmouth and is protected by international copyright laws.

All artwork is originally created and hand-drawn digitally by the artist. We do not use, generate, or incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the creation of our art.

PHYSICAL PURCHASE VS. COPYRIGHT ASSIGNMENT

When you purchase a physical art print from our store, you are purchasing the physical tangible item (the paper and ink) only.

Ownership Transfer: Ownership of the physical print transfers to you upon delivery.

No Copyright Transfer: The purchase of a physical print does not transfer the copyright, reproduction rights, or licensing rights of the artwork to you. The artist retains 100% of all intellectual property rights.

PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USES

For Retail Buyers & End Consumers:

Permitted: You may display the physical print in your personal home, private office, or commercial space. You may give the physical print as a gift.

Prohibited: You may not digitally scan, photocopy, photograph for replication, or reproduce the artwork in any format (digital or physical). You may not use the artwork for any commercial or promotional purposes.

For Interior Designers & Trade Professionals:

Permitted: You may purchase physical prints on behalf of your clients or resell the physical prints directly to your clients as part of your design services. You may photograph the print inside a fully styled and finished room for your professional portfolio or social media, provided credit is given (e.g., "Artwork by [Your Brand Name]").

Prohibited: You may not use high-resolution photographs of our artwork or mockups on your business website, branding materials, or advertisements as standalone graphics. You may not alter, crop, digitally change the colors, or modify the artwork to fit a project without prior written consent.

STRICT ANTI-AI TRAINING & DATA SCRAPING POLICY

You are strictly prohibited from using any images, mockups, product descriptions, or text from this website to train, test, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, or image generation software. Automated data scraping, harvesting, or extraction of any assets on this site without explicit written permission is a direct violation of these terms and will be pursued legally.

ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES

We actively monitor the internet and online marketplaces for unauthorized use of our artwork. Any unauthorized digital reproduction, commercial resale of copies, or copyright infringement will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to DMCA takedown notices, digital platform strikes, and legal demands for financial damages.
